Simpson Brebner Lettings evolved from the names of the original partners who established the company in 1989. It is now the largest family owned lettings business in Aberdeen responsible for the management of a portfolio exceeding 650 properties. We offer a comprehensive letting service with the highest standard of customer care.

The company’s first office was located at the Bridge of Don in the “coach house” at the rear of the Clydesdale Bank. With one employee (who is still a member of staff today). We then relocated to our existing premises in 1991 and currently have a staff of 13.

The two company directors, Bill Brebner (Managing Director) and daughter Lisa Brebner (Director) remain fully committed to being the “leading” lettings agent in Aberdeen. The company has recently been energised by the appointment of their new Business Development Manager, Kirsty Payne, who has recently joined us from London and has been instrumental in maintaining the significant operational changes within the company. At Simpson Brebner Lettings we continually aspire to be at the forefront of the lettings industry in Aberdeen and in helping us achieve this, we have changed our business model to be more dynamic and specific to our client needs by setting up a separate letting and property management team, whilst ensuring customer service is our main priority.
